When will I receive my item after I have ordered?

- Packages usually take 2-3 working days to arrive.

The duration depends on the shipping method and destination country.

Delays may occur due to holidays and/or unforeseen events.

Please also note that customs controls may be a factor during shipping.

If I have ordered multiple items, will they be shipped together or separately?

This depends on the item you have ordered and where the item is currently manufactured and stored. We have several warehouses around the world and the products in your order may sometimes come from different warehouses. We do this to ensure faster and more efficient delivery times for you.

Please do not worry if you have ordered 3 items and only 2 have been delivered, the latter is still on its way!

Any additional delivery costs, such as customs duties, are beyond our control and may have to be paid by the customer.

Return fees
