We understand that sometimes things don't always go according to plan, so we have created this cancellation, refund and replacement policy for you!
Cancellations
Customers are entitled to cancel their order before it is shipped.
New orders are automatically sent to our Fulfillment and Logistics Center and processed within 1-3 days, after which you will receive a shipping confirmation by e-mail.
If you wish to cancel, please send us an email to support@canadianlook.com and we will be happy to help you if the order has not yet been shipped.
Editing orders and delivery address
Customers are entitled to change the delivery address and order data for their order before dispatch.
New orders are automatically sent to our Fulfillment and Logistics Center and processed immediatly, after which you will receive a shipping confirmation by e-mail.
If you would like to change the address or other data, please send us an e-mail to support@canadianlook.com and we will be happy to help you if the order has not yet been shipped.
Replacement & Refund Policy
Our replacement & refund policy is valid for 14 days after arrival of the goods.
We can only offer you a free replacement or refund if it falls under the following criteria:
1. The items are faulty - damaged / broken or soiled on arrival
2. We have sent the wrong item
3. The order was lost during transport (Over 45 days in transit).
Please email us a picture of the item(s) showing the damage or the wrong size/style/color.
Our team will inspect/check the photos before we issue a replacement or refund.
Orders that could not be delivered due to wrong address, long absence or missed pickup at the parcel branch are not subject to any right of replacement or refund.
We reserve the right to refuse a replacement or refund if it does not meet the above criteria.
14 days after receipt of items, buyers may not request a replacement or refund.
Return fees:
Customers pay the cost of returning the goods.
